Insel Jemal joins from Merway International which was founded in 1990 to provide HR solutions to a wide range of clients. Insel specialises in:
- Identifying and embedding the 'core competencies' required for corporate success
- Developing and implementing talent / performance management processes to support organisations in attaining their business objectives
- Developing and implementing job evaluation solutions for a wide variety of clients
Insel has worked with international clients spanning UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa
Simon Norridge and John Nichols join MEIR from IRCC, which was founded in 1996 as a specialist international reward and human resources consultancy. John and Simon are specialists in:
- Reward surveys / data capture and analysis leading to the development of a database covering over 30 locations in Africa;
- International Reward consulting enabling companies to develop pay strategies balancing internal equity with external market competitiveness;
- Delivering training programmes, both in-house and public, on Reward Management and Expatriate Management.
John and Simon have conducted surveys and consulting assignments in over 50 countries across every continent.
