Our approach includes the following features:

Compliant with Anti-trust aggregation and reporting rules
Works well with the small sample sizes found in emerging markets
Detailed reporting of market rates by job or job family (see A1/A2)
Structural comparisons and analyses based on both the sponsors' job levels and MEIR's own Career Model and Global Grade (see A3)
Graphical and tabular comparisons including cost to company, basic salary, guaranteed cash, total cash and total fixed pay (see A4)
