MEIR conduct bespoke and regular club surveys across a range of countries and industries.

Our methodology is based on a tried and tested approach that has worked in more than 50 countries around the globe.

Developing and maintaining robust pay and benefit structures needs timely and relevant market data.

Our approach includes the following features:

  • Compliant with Anti-trust aggregation and reporting rules
  • Works well with the small sample sizes found in emerging markets
  • Detailed reporting of market rates by  job or job family (see A1/A2)
  • Structural comparisons and analyses based on both the sponsors' job levels and MEIR's own Career Model and Global Grade (see A3)
  • Graphical and tabular comparisons including cost to company, basic salary, guaranteed cash, total cash and total fixed pay (see A4)

The benefits of this process include:

  • Sponsors choose their comparator group, benchmark positions and issues to address 
  • Regular surveys are timed to deliver results between October and December each year.
